  • Safe Strength training is slow motion resistance exercise designed to minimise the number of repetitions per exercise, sometimes as low as 6. There are far fewer joint repetitions compared to aerobic exercise such as jogging.

  • Joint injuries are caused and made worse by excessive force or impact. Safe Strength training sessions achieve muscle fatigue with slow, smooth controlled movement only, limiting the force exerted on joints.
