Shared Client Model

  • We have a shared client model which means all clients belong to Safe Strength and any or our personal trainers can deliver any client’s session.

Competitive Pay

  • Flexible part time contract - employees are on PAYE not independent contractors. On average the gross pay is £18 per hour, combined from hours + sessions delivered. Holidays, pension and other benefits are on top of this rate.
